COVID-19 Safety Policies

All patients must wear a mask. Patients can bring their own masks or we will provide a mask.

Patients will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entering the building. Patients will be asked to wash their hands with soap and water upon entering and leaving the patient treatment room.
